Shipping policy
Recliner Store delivers furniture nationwide via a freight partner that specializes in residential furniture deliveries. Once your order ships, we'll provide you with a shipment tracking link and phone number for your local terminal, so you can schedule a convenient time for the delivery.
We offer two levels of service for furniture delivery:
Threshold Delivery: The delivery driver or team will bring the furniture into the first dry area of the home, whether into your garage or through a doorway into the home. Unboxing is your responsibility, but most of our furniture ships fully assembled or requiring only light assembly.
White Glove Delivery: The delivery driver or team will bring the furniture into your room of choice, set it up, and assemble as needed. All packaging material is removed from your home.
Cost: The delivery cost, which is calculated at checkout, is based on your location and level of service.
