- Payment in full at time of order is required for Quick Ship (3-4 Week Ship Time) items.
- A 50% deposit for any in stock program item that is backordered and expected to ship within 4-6 weeks. The balance due is collected when the item is shipped.
- A 25% deposit for Special Order items (3-4 Month Ship Time) that take longer to produce. Upon shipping, we notify you and collect the balance.

About Stressless
The legendary Stressless recliner was born on the west coast of Norway, in the small community of Sykkylven. Jens Ekornes founded the company in 1934, after which an unbroken lineage of proud craftsmen have produced some of the world’s finest furniture. In a place where resources were scarce, everything had to be built to last.
